Fleury starts its activities as a clinical analysis laboratory in São Paulo.

1936
The first technical-scientific cooperation begins between Fleury and the best universities in the Country.

1951
First laboratory in Brazil to have an expert in every ​​clinical pathology area.

1962
Fleury Paraíso Patient Service Center (PSC) is launched at Rua Cincinato Braga, in Sâo Paulo. In the following decade, a second unit was opened and the concept of PSCs network is implemented.

1982
Pioneer on implementing a computerized system for customer service.

1983
Offering of the first tests in Center of Diagnostic. Fleury becomes the pioneer in providing integrated medical solutions.

1994
Implementation of the bar code system for safe identification of exams.

1998
The first Company in the world to make exam results available on the internet. The Board of Directors is established, supporting the evolution of corporate governance.

1999
Beginning of the check-up activities and obtaining ISO 9001 quality standard in the field of diagnostic medicine.

2001
Grupo Fleury begins brands acquisition in the sector. 27 acquisitions were performed in 10 years in order to enter in new regions, complement portfolio of services and increase the knowledge base.

2002
Access to image exams on the internet.

2007
The seal of accreditation from College of American Pathologists (CAP), internationally recognized in laboratory medicine, is obtained by the Company.

2009
Grupo Fleury goes public on BM&FBovespa and is listed in the Novo Mercado category, the highest level of governance in Brazilian stock exchange.

2010
First Annual Sustainability Report according to GRI guidelines. Opening of the Integrated Medicine Centers.

2011
The brand "a+ Medicina Diagnóstica" is launched, Labs D’Or is acquired and a new Corporate University building is opened.

2012
Integration of Labs D’Or. Acquisition of Grupo Papaiz, in partnership with Odontoprev. Foundation of the Multidisciplinary Innovation Center, a link between the innovation projects and the 15-year strategic planning (Grupo Fleury - 100 years). Partnership with MIT Media Lab. Fleury Group Branding. Dom Project.

2015
Physicians members completed the sale of its shares, equivalent to 13.0% of Grupo Fleury capital, to Advent International. From this transaction, the Company now has a new shareholders structure.

2016
Fleury brand, which led to the grupo Fleury, turns 90 years old.

2017
