Grupo Fleury is included in the Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE) 2019

For the sixth consecutive time, Grupo Fleury (Fleury S.A. | BM&FBOVESPA: FLRY3, Bloomberg: FLRY3 BZ; Thomson: FLRY3-BR), was included in the 14th B3‘s Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE), which will run from January 7th 2019 to January 3rd 2020.

The new ISE portfolio gathers 35 stocks of 30 companies. They represent 13 sectors and amounts to R$ 1.73 trillion in market cap, equivalent to 48.66% of the total value of companies traded on B3. The companies invited to participate in the annual process of ISE are the ones that owns the 200 most liquid shares of the brazilian stock market.

ISE reflects the return of a portfolio composed by stocks of the companies that presents the best performance on the following dimensions: general aspects, environment changes, corporate governance, economic-financial, social, nature of the product and climate change. ISE is a reference for socially responsible investment (SRI), acting as a driver of good practices among Brazilian Companies.

The inclusion of Grupo Fleury on the ISE portfolio is the result of a business model that continuously incorporates the concept of sustainability as a basis for decision-making process and relationship with its stakeholders, balancing longevity of the business while maximize return to shareholders.
